A Creepy Mugshot

I have no shame. I think I've mentioned this before.

Or rather, I have few inhibitions.

So here I am sharing a crazy photo with you that I downloaded off my camera this week.

If you can guess correctly why I would take a photo like this of myself you win a copy of my e-book.

Seriously.

I had a very good reason for this wacky shot. Do you think you know why? Leave a comment and let me know.

Hint: if you follow my twitter you'll get a clue.

PS. If a whole bunch of you guess the right answer I'll draw a name. If you already have my book I'll give you a gift code for a friend or you can wait till my next e-book is out in a few weeks (more on that Monday) and I'll give you a copy of that instead.

PPS. I'm going to close this "contest" the end of Sunday, June 17th.

You want to show off the splendid teeth you have after persevering with the oil-in-your-mouth swishing experiment (called oiling? Oilpulling? Can't remember...)

Lovely white teeth as a result of oil pulling (swishing oil around in your mouth)...just looked it up!

Oil pulling of course! I have been doing this for about 2 years now. Works wonders on the teeth for me, but it takes time before you see results.

I'd guess either before or after oil pulling. Is it doing anything? I've been curious about it for a couple of years but haven't given it a try.

I agree with the other commenters,as soon as I saw the pic I thought it definitely had to do with your teeth....maybe you want to share with us how clean your teeth look and feel now after oilpulling?

It looks like a lot of people have already guessed this, but I'll bet you've taken this picture because of your tweet about oil pulling!

So, I was going to say maybe something to do with a bobble head (camera angle, not you actual beautiful head, of course). I don't do twitter... But since oil-pulling seems to be correct and a chance at your great looking book is on the line, I'll go with that! :) Fun idea for a give away!

I thought it had something to do with a tooth whitening experiment right away. Now I see you've been oil pulling. Tried it once, but couldn't stick with it. Looking forward to hearing about your experience =) Cat

Since everyone is guessing oil pulling, my guess will be that you want to capture the beer buzz that 1/2 a beer brings. tee hee.

How do you know about the buzz I get from 1/2 a beer. Ah yes... twitter. (But yes, I'm a cheap date that way.)

Ok, I like this one. Having been subjected to nasty passport photo sessions in the past where I basically had to look as grim and criminal as possible I think this alternative better.

Hi Renee. I was curious, was this for an oil pulling experiment? Did you have much success? Or perhaps i missed the update post...

No update. Still doing it as a long ongoing experiment. Tyring to figure out ways to take good care of my teeth. Once I got over the major ick factor, I actually like oil pulling, my teeth feel clean after (I still brush after eating).
